How can I rent a home at TELA Spaces?

Do I have to share any facilities at TELA Spaces?

All homes come with basic furniture, a private kitchen and bathroom.

Most homes are equipped with a washing machine—with the exception of a few units that share a communal laundry room.

What is included in the rental rate?

Wi-Fi and utilities (including power, water and refuse disposal).

Are pets allowed?

We would love to accommodate your furkid. However, we do have a duty to ensure the comfort of all our guests. As such, pets are assessed on a case by case basis.

How soon can I move in?

As soon as now, if there are vacant homes.

What is the minimum and maximum leasing period?

Our minimum leasing period is six months.

However, 1-year-long leases are preferred.

What documents are required from me?

An official form of identification such as Passport or Identification Card.

Are there any agent fees to consider?

There will be no additional agent or third-party fees incurred on your end.

How do I renew my lease at TELA Spaces?

Our friendly guide will reach out to you two months before your lease expires. During which, you may choose to renew or cancel your lease.

What happens if I need to move out earlier?

We understand that life is constantly changing and would be happy to accommodate a replacement tenant for the remainder of your lease. However, you will need to look for the tenant on your end.

On top of the monthly rentals, do I need to pay a deposit?

A one-month deposit is required.

The deposit will be returned to you at the end of the tenancy.

What modes of payment are acceptable?

Bank transfer, QR-code payment and Cheque.
